You may return your undamaged product and packaging within the first 30-days of purchase to receive a full refund for any reason. As per our Return Policy, we do ask that you ship the item back to us and that it be in new, unopened and a sellable condition.

18-Month Product Warranty for Quality-Related Issues

Oish is proud to offer all of our products 18 months of warranty due to quality related issues following the original date of purchase. Products must be made through our distribution market such as Amazon, Ebay, Jet, etc. Normal wear and tear do not qualify. Once a valid warranty claim is received by Oish, we will gladly provide a free replacement for your Oish product.

Exclusion and Limitations

Oish does not cover any purchases through non-authorized dealers and/or online auction websites. This warranty does not apply to damage to Oish products caused by accident, absue, misuse, use for any purpose other than its intended purpose, acts of God, or any alteration or modification of the Oish product.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES SHALL OISH OR ITS AFFILIATES BE LIABLE TO YOU OR ANY THIRD PARTY FOR DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF THE PROPER OR IMPROPER USE OF ANY OISH PRODUCT, INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, PROPERTY DAMAGE, LOSS OF VALUE OF THE OISH PRODUCT OR ANY THIRD PARTY PRODUCTS THAT ARE USED IN OR WITH THE OISH PRODUCT. WITHOUT LIMITING THE FOREGOING, YOU UNDERSTAND AND AGREE THAT OISH HAS NO LIABILITY FOR ANY DAMAGE OR DESTRUCTION TO ANY CONSUMER ELECTRONICS DEVICES OR OTHER PERSONAL PROPERTY THAT ARE CONTAINED INSIDE OR OUTSIDE THE OISH PRODUCTS, INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, CELLULAR PHONES, OR OTHER HANDHELD DEVICES, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA CONTAINED IN THE AFOREMENTIONED DEVICES. When does warranty begins?

Warranty starts on the date of the original purchase.

How do I claim the warranty on my product?

If you believe the product that you had ordered or received is defective and is still under warranty, please submit a warranty claim form or contact us at support@oish.com.

However before submitting a warranty claim, please refer to our support resources such as contacting support@oish.com or any available FAQs for your product and attempt all troubleshooting suggestions.

What is a valid proof of purchase?
  • A valid order number for a purchase made through Oish on marketplaces where we sale our products such as Amazon, Jet, etc.
  • An eBay username for a purchase made through myOish on eBay.
What if I don't have any proof of purchase?

If you made your purchase through any marketplace where we directly sale on, we may be able to locate your order by using your email address, name, or shipping address. However if the product was a gift, you may ask the giver to provide you with a copy of the proof of purchase or have them claim the warranty on your behalf.

Will the warranty be renewed if my product is replaced?

The warranty continues from the date of your original purchase. It will not be renewed after a replacement has been provided.
